Tip The Scales in Your Favor
Running out of time? Don't know where to turn? We keep you
on target!
Interviews, Statements, and Due Diligence
Process Service
Legal
documents of all types. Subpoenas, Trial and Deposition Summons &
Complaint, Writ of Garnishment, Restraining Order, etc.
For the easy and the more difficult process service. If your case is in
Southern California and the defendant or witness is evasive, you need
the experience of L. ANTHONY FRUNK.
Insurance Fraud (Video and Still Photo's)
Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Auto Accident, Long Term
Disability, Uninsured Motorist. Questionable issues on claims to
determine current status of a permanent total or long-term disability
claim. A 2-3 day surveillance of a claimant's activities is one of the
best tools in defending insurance claims.
GPS Tracking
We use
Global Positioning System (GPS) Satellite Technology and the latest mapping to track company vehicles covertly.
This provides a detailed
analysis of vehicle movements with or without the driver's knowledge.
This gathers useful evidence on employee negligence or off-premises theft
of goods in transit.
We also use the same technology to track a potentially cheating spouse or
verify the activity and location of your teenager when he/she is "Out
with Friends".
Locates
(Clients -Witnesses) Skip Trace
There are two basic types of locates - subjects that do not wish to be
found and those that have simply moved away. The most common are those
who have simply moved away. The others require expertise and
extensive source base to be successful in locating them. We are very good at
locating people.
Surveillance
The best method of gathering evidence when an individual suspects
inappropriate actions on the part of someone else. When a person's
behavior pattern is being breached, surveillance is best used because
the film speaks for itself. We advise our clients that it is
always good for us to accept this type of assignment at the direction of
an attorney. The responsibility to have our findings entered as evidence
in court rests with the attorney. In most cases personal surveillance is
for informational purposes only.
